Our Inside Sales Team
Our Inside Sales Team is designed to support our sales engineers, principals, and clients. They strengthen account development with excellent customer service, optimizing time and efficiency throughout the sales process to get both clients and principals the information they need.
- Establish relationships with new customer accounts and proactively develop existing accounts.
- Interact with and coordinate the involvement of colleagues from various departments including R&D, Manufacturing, and Marketing as needed.
- Review incoming quote requests and orders for validation and accuracy.
- Collaborate with Marketing Department for media outreach and product reporting.
